Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Bangladesh Seed Association Membership Management System.

1. Membership Application

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete
• False or misleading information may result in application rejection
• Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through the secure SSLCommerz payment gateway
• Payment confirmation will be sent via SMS and email
• Payment disputes must be reported within 3 Working days of transaction

3. Certificate Issuance

• Certificates are issued only after successful payment and admin approval
• Digital certificates with QR codes are provided for verification
• Certificates are valid for the membership period only

4. Renewal Process

• Members must renew their membership before expiration
• Renewal applications require document verification

5. Data Privacy

• BSA collect and store personal information as per our Privacy Policy
• Member data are used solely for membership management purposes
• BSA implement security measures to protect your information

6. System Usage

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Unauthorized access or misuse of the system is prohibited
• BSA reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of any rules and regulations

7. Amendments

BSA reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
