Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds in the Bangladesh Seed Association Membership Management System.
1. Membership Fee Refunds
- Before Approval: If your membership application is rejected before admin approval, you may be eligible for a refund
- After Approval: Once membership is approved, fees are generally non-refundable
- Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 15-30 business days
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Application rejection due to system error
- Duplicate payment (same transaction processed twice)
- Payment made for incorrect membership category
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Membership fees after successful approval
- Processing fees and service charges
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through the admin panel or contact support
- Provide transaction ID and reason for refund
- Admin will review the request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation via SMS and email
5. Payment Disputes
- Report payment issues within 7 days of transaction
- Provide transaction details and screenshots if available
- We will investigate and resolve within 15 business days
6. Certificate Cancellation
If a certificate needs to be cancelled due to error, contact admin immediately. A new certificate may be issued after verification.
