Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds in the Bangladesh Seed Association Membership Management System.

1. Membership Fee Refunds

  • Before Approval: If your membership application is rejected before admin approval, you may be eligible for a refund
  • After Approval: Once membership is approved, fees are generally non-refundable
  • Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 15-30 business days

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Application rejection due to system error
  • Duplicate payment (same transaction processed twice)
  • Payment made for incorrect membership category
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership fees after successful approval
  • Processing fees and service charges

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through the admin panel or contact support
  2. Provide transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. Admin will review the request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
  5. You will receive confirmation via SMS and email

5. Payment Disputes

  • Report payment issues within 7 days of transaction
  • Provide transaction details and screenshots if available
  • We will investigate and resolve within 15 business days

6. Certificate Cancellation

If a certificate needs to be cancelled due to error, contact admin immediately. A new certificate may be issued after verification.
